Email Drafting
Your agent writes professional, ready-to-send emails in any tone. Client follow-ups, proposals, complaints, cold outreach — just describe what you need.
What it does
Every email type, any tone
🎯 Tone matching
Formal, warm, assertive, apologetic, casual — specify the tone and the agent writes to match your relationship with the recipient.
📏 Right length
"Keep it under 5 lines" or "write a full 3-paragraph letter" — the agent respects length constraints precisely.
✏️ Easy to iterate
"Make it more direct", "add a P.S.", "remove the second paragraph" — refine until it's exactly right.
📤 Send with connection
Connect Gmail or Outlook in the Connections tab and the agent can send the email directly — no copy-pasting.

Power Tip
Send directly — no copy-pasting
Once you connect Gmail or Outlook in the Connections tab, you can skip the copy-paste step entirely:
Send directly via Gmail
"Draft and send a follow-up email to sarah@clientcompany.com. She was interested in our Pro plan last week but went quiet. Warm, 3 sentences, subject line 'Following up on Latinum Pro'."
Agent drafts, shows you the email for confirmation, then sends it via your connected Gmail account.
Tips

🎭
Specify the relationship. "This is a long-term client" vs "this is someone I've never met" changes the tone and approach significantly.
📋
Give the agent facts. Invoice numbers, dollar amounts, dates, names — the more specific, the more professional the output. Vague inputs produce generic emails.
✂️
Ask for shorter. The agent tends to write thorough emails. If you want punchy, ask for "under 5 lines" or "no more than 3 sentences".
🔄
Iterate freely. "More formal", "less formal", "add a subject line", "remove the opener" — you can refine the email in the same conversation until it's exactly right.
