Click Chat in the left sidebar. This is your direct line to your agent — available 24/7, no wait times.
The agent works best with context. Start with: "I run a [type] company in [city]. We have [N] employees." It remembers this for your session.
Don't just ask questions — give it work. Research, write, create a spreadsheet. The agent performs best with concrete, specific requests.
Documents and spreadsheets the agent creates appear in Files automatically — ready to download. No copy-pasting.
Go to Knowledge and upload files — price lists, SOPs, client data. The agent references them when answering questions or generating new content.
"Write a 3-paragraph email to a corporate client explaining a project delay, with a professional but reassuring tone." beats "write me an email."
Tell the agent your industry, company size, and who the output is for. More context = more tailored results.
