How to get your API credentials

Go to console.cloud.google.com and sign in with your Google account.

Click Create Project, give it a name (e.g. "Latinum Agent"), and click Create.

In the left menu go to APIs & Services → Library. Enable: Gmail API, Google Drive API, and Google Calendar API.

Go to APIs & Services → CredentialsCreate Credentials → Service Account. Fill in a name and click Done.

Click the service account you just created → Keys tabAdd Key → Create new key → JSON. Download the JSON file.

Paste the full contents of the JSON file into the Google Workspace field in your Connections panel.

How to get your API credentials

Go to portal.azure.com and sign in as an admin.

Search for App registrationsNew registration. Name it "Latinum Agent", leave defaults, click Register.

Copy the Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID — you'll need these.

Go to Certificates & secrets → New client secret. Set expiry (24 months recommended). Copy the secret Value immediately — it won't be shown again.

Go to API permissions → Add permission → Microsoft Graph. Add: Mail.ReadWrite, Calendars.ReadWrite, Files.ReadWrite.All. Click Grant admin consent.

Paste Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret into the Microsoft 365 fields in your Connections panel.

How to get your Webhook URL

Go to api.slack.com/appsCreate New App → From scratch.

Name it (e.g. "Latinum Agent"), select your workspace, click Create App.

In the left sidebar click Incoming Webhooks → toggle Activate Incoming Webhooks to On.

Scroll down → Add New Webhook to Workspace. Choose a channel (e.g. #general or #agent-updates). Click Allow.

Copy the Webhook URL (starts with https://hooks.slack.com/…) and paste it into the Slack field in your Connections panel.

How to get your Integration Token

Go to notion.so/my-integrationsNew integration.

Name it (e.g. "Latinum Agent"), select your workspace, set capabilities to Read + Insert + Update content.

Click Submit. Copy the Internal Integration Token (starts with secret_…).

In Notion, open each page/database you want the agent to access → click … (3 dots) → Add connections → select your integration.

How to get your API credentials

Go to marketplace.zoom.usDevelop → Build App → choose Server-to-Server OAuth.

Name the app (e.g. "Latinum Agent"), click Create.

Copy the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from the App Credentials tab.

Under Scopes, add: meeting:read, meeting:write, recording:read, user:read.

Click Activate on your app, then paste all three credentials into the Zoom fields in your Connections panel.

Create a free account at twilio.com and verify your phone number.

From the Twilio Console dashboard, copy your Account SID and Auth Token.

Go to Phone Numbers → Manage → Buy a Number and purchase a number (from ~$1.15 CAD/mo).

Log in to Mailchimp. Click your profile icon (bottom-left) → Account & billing.

Go to Extras → API keys → Create A Key. Name it "Latinum Agent".

Fill in: App Name ("Latinum Agent"), Contact Email, then check Enable OAuth Settings.

Set Callback URL to https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/callback. Add Scopes: Full access (full) and Refresh token.

Click Save. After 2–10 minutes, return to the app → View Consumer Key. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

You'll also need your Salesforce username, password, and security token (from Setup → My Personal Information → Reset My Security Token).
