Your agent reads your inbox, surfaces what matters, and keeps you on top of your correspondence — without you having to scan every email yourself. Powered by the Email MCP server for reliable, real-time Gmail access.
This skill requires a connected email account. Go to the Connections tab in your dashboard and connect Google Workspace (for Gmail) or Microsoft 365 (for Outlook). Once connected, all the prompts below will work.
Find emails from a specific person, about a specific project, or within a date range — instantly.
Long email chains distilled into a 3-bullet summary. Know what happened without reading every reply.
Flags messages that need your attention — unanswered questions, action items, or time-sensitive requests.
Reads an email, drafts a reply in your voice, shows it to you for approval — then sends it. The draft and send steps are always separate so you stay in control.
"What came in overnight that needs my attention today?" — Get a prioritised list in 10 seconds instead of scanning your inbox manually.
"Summarise the email thread on [project] before my 2pm call." — Walk into every meeting fully briefed without re-reading chains.
"Draft replies to the 3 client emails I haven't responded to yet this week." — Get all three drafted in one go, review, and send.
"Did anyone reply to the proposal I sent yesterday? What did they say?" — Close the loop without opening your email client.
Your email stays private. The agent only reads emails when you ask it to. It does not scan your inbox continuously or store email content outside your session.
Always approve before sending. Drafting and sending are two separate steps — the agent creates a draft, shows it to you, and only sends after you say so. It is technically impossible for your agent to send email without your explicit approval in the same conversation.
Add date ranges for precision. "Last 7 days", "this month", "since March 1" — the agent narrows results to exactly what you need.
Connect Gmail in the Connections tab — the Email MCP layer handles the rest.
